Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our family-centered care, multidisciplinary team, and patient services.

Artificial Intelligence

Our GMF’s physicians may use artificial intelligence to help write clinical notes. This technology allows them to spend more time interacting with their patients by reducing the time spent taking notes. As a result, they can maintain better eye contact, listen more attentively, and foster a more human relationship throughout the consultation. Artificial intelligence remains an assistive tool; clinical notes are always reviewed and approved by the physician, who retains full responsibility for their content and for medical decisions.
Your physician’s use of artificial intelligence requires your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time, with no impact on the care you receive.

Medical Records & Privacy

To obtain a copy of your medical record, you must fill out an access-to-information request form by coming to the clinic.
